Cancellation Policy for Limo Service

Rydeus is a customer-oriented company that understands the unavoidable circumstances that can arise anytime, causing a change in the travel plans. Considering the same, we would like to keep things clear by stating that any reservation cancelled with a minimum of 5 hours before the scheduled pick up will entitle you for a refund. Any seconds or minutes reaching close or crossing the 5 hour deadline period will still call for money back. We like to give flexibility to the customers (but please note that the extra minutes given after the grace period must not be longer than 10). We are not goons that do business without good faith, and so we expect the same from our customers to please advise us well before time for cancellation even if there is a slight chance. That way, we can avoid incurring the cost, which was meant for its purpose.

If your credit card got used up for reservation, then it will automatically be refunded. Refunds will show up in your account within seven days. We never add a processing fee in any cancelled reservation, and the only thing we keep when NOT refunding money is the reservation's full fare.

Rydeus keeps the sole right of cancelling any booking based on reasons like harsh weather conditions, car problems, accidents, driver situation, etc. In such cases, we will reimburse the money or can reschedule the ride as per customers' needs.

Booking Ride without Payment

When you submit a booking, then you have to make full payment. If failed to transfer the reservation fare, then that booking will not be confirmed.

Our Right to Cancel Booking

Rydeus keeps the sole right to cancel any booking due to harsh weather conditions, car problems, accidents, driver situations, etc. In such cases, we will reimburse the money or reschedule the ride according to customers' needs.
